Hello! My name is Colleen Manzini and I was born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, called West Newton, PA. I attended a small high school and graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA, where I majored in accounting. I have over 30 years of experience in corporate accounting and have worked in a variety of industries. I enjoy being involved with the community, serving on boards of directors for numerous nonprofit organizations. Serving in these roles has allowed me to build an extensive network of relationships and grow my advocating and connecting skills.  I am passionate about interacting with my diverse group of networking professionals which has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. My entrepreneurial spirit came alive when I was introduced to Beautycounter, a safe, clean, skin care brand. I started working with them in a direct-sales role because I believe in what the company stands for.  It is powered by people and the collective mission is to get safe products into the hands of everyone.   Formulate, advocate and educate is the motto for Beautycounter, creating clean beauty products that truly perform while holding themselves to unparalleled standards of safety.  I decided I had to pursue this amazing journey and left the corporate world about 2 years ago.   I am now a Director with Beautycounter and it has fulfilled my life in more ways than any corporate job has and I will continue to promote, educate and share this amazing mission.

Coaching with Colleen provides mentoring and guidance in the areas of Networking, and Employee Engagement based around the foundation of educating others in business to build connections and giving people the opportunity to speak up when it comes to their needs in the workplace.
